1. Agreement

By creating an account on tiktube.online you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What TikTube does

TikTube imports public TikTok videos for a username you provide, generates titles, descriptions and tags using AI, and uploads them to a YouTube channel you have connected, on a schedule you control. You remain the publisher of everything uploaded to your channel.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Content and ownership rights

You must own the videos you upload, or have all necessary rights and permissions from the original creator.
You are solely responsible for copyright, music licensing, and community-guideline compliance on your channel.
We may refuse or cancel jobs that appear to infringe rights or violate platform policies.

5. YouTube and Google terms

TikTube uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke TikTube’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Uploads are subject to YouTube’s own daily quotas and policies, which are outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use TikTube to spam, mass-repost other creators’ content without permission, upload misleading, hateful, adult or illegal material, or to circumvent YouTube quotas, rate limits or monetization rules.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on a monthly basis and are verified manually after you submit your JazzCash/EasyPaisa payment reference. Access begins once your payment is approved and continues for the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

8. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Because access is granted manually and immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where the service was never delivered — contact us and we will review the case.

9. Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uploads, specific view counts, monetization, or that a video will not be removed by YouTube.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikTube is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, channel strikes, or channel termination. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting azlanhafeez329@gmail.com.
