1. Who we are

TikTube (“we”, “us”) operates the service available at https://tiktube.online. TikTube lets a creator import their own public TikTok videos, generate titles and descriptions with AI, and schedule uploads to their own YouTube channel. Questions: azlanhafeez329@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data you provide at sign-up: email address, full name, and optionally phone number, country and company.
Google account data when you connect a YouTube channel: your channel ID, channel title, thumbnail, and OAuth access & refresh tokens.
Content data: TikTok video URLs and files you choose to import, plus the AI-generated titles, descriptions and tags.
Usage data: upload history, schedules, automation settings, and error logs needed to run and debug the service.
Billing data: your submitted payment reference for manual JazzCash/EasyPaisa verification. We never store card numbers.

3. Google user data and YouTube API Services

TikTube uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

We request only these OAuth scopes:

youtube.upload — to upload the videos you queue to your channel.
youtube.readonly — to read your channel name/ID so you can pick the right channel.

Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing features. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not transfer it to third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below. TikTube’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use your information

To create and secure your account, import the TikTok videos you select, generate metadata with AI, upload videos to the YouTube channel you connected, run your scheduled/auto-pilot jobs, provide support, and verify subscription payments.

5. Service providers

Supabase — database, authentication and encrypted storage of your account and tokens.
Google / YouTube Data API — video upload and channel information.
Google Gemini — generates titles, descriptions and tags from video captions. Your OAuth tokens are never sent to the AI model.
RapidAPI (TikTok endpoints) — fetches public TikTok posts for the username you enter.
Vercel / Lovable — application hosting.

6. Storage, retention and deletion

Data is stored in encrypted managed databases with row-level security so that only your account can read your rows. OAuth tokens are kept only while your channel is connected. You can:

Disconnect any YouTube channel in Settings → the stored access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately.
Revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Request full account deletion by emailing azlanhafeez329@gmail.com; we erase your account, queue and tokens within 30 days.

Downloaded video files are removed from our storage after the upload completes or fails.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your channel or deleting your account.

8. Children

TikTube is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required by YouTube in your country).

9. Changes

We will update this page and the “Last updated” date whenever this policy changes materially.
